Limiting calories will reduce some weight, is losing weight equal to building health? Scammers will suggest antidepressants for depression to heal you completely?

What about addiction to drugs & Social Media, Insulin resistance, inflammation, oxidation stress, mitochondria dysfunction, and many other issues because of eating wrong & getting wrong information? You don’t become Diabetic because of Metformin deficiency. You don’t get high Triglycerides because of Statin deficiency. You don’t get high BP because of Telmisartan deficiency.
