Soma Saha
A Regenerative Designer and Social Entrepreneur focused on an Indigenous lifestyle. Her natural inclination towards the spiritual world made her travel solo across India and she climbed many himalayan regions & walked many forests in search of Shamans & understood their practices of healing. About the destination



Trijugi Narayan: It is situated at an altitude of 6500 ft above sea level, according to legend this place was known as a capital of Himavat where the marriage of lord shiva and Goddess Sati took place this temple is believed to be the exact spot on this earth where the wedding ceremony occurred.
Omkareshwar Temple: Winter abode located in Ukhimath village of Rudraprayag district in Uttarakhand. It is also known as the main throne of “Panch Kedar.” This place has been famous as the “Karambhoomi” of Lord Kedarnath ji and the second Kedar Shri Madmaheshwar ji. The temple is built in the Katyayani architectural style, and the temple’s main gate is made of wood. The temple is dedicated to Usha Lord Shiva: Goddesses Parvati, Aniruddha, and Mandhata are worshipped. Devotees visit the Omkareshwar, an “Avatar of Lord Shiva,” to attain the divine qualities of Lord Shiva. Devotees can get salvation by coming to this holy place and offering their prayers. It is believed that one who does not get a chance to visit Kedarnath Dham can go to Omkareshwar temple for the same blessings.
Rudraprayag: Rudraprayag is named after Shiva, and the temple of Rudranath is situated at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakni rivers. According to mythology Narad Muni worshiped god Shiva here to learn music from him. The god then taught him music in his form of Rudra, the god of music. There used to be a rock called Narad Shila, where Narad is said to have sat in meditation.
Rishikesh: Although Rishikesh has always been a popular tourist destination due to its status as the birthplace of yoga, the city gained more notoriety when the Beatles visited in 1968. Since ancient times, the location has served as a heaven for yogis, saints, and practitioners who come there to learn about this traditional Indian practice, advance their understanding of it, become instructors, or even find enlightenment.

Program schedule
Day 1: Dehradun to Jamu
Pickup from the Dehradun airport/ Railway Station and Drive 200km towards Jamu via Dev Prayag and Rudraprayag, Reach in the evening and check-in to Resort.
Introduction of Program and stay overnight.
Day 2: Shamanism & 5 Elements
- Morning Wake Up call followed with Forest Bathing & Himalayan Meditation Practices.
- After Breakfast & Session on Understanding Mind
- Lunch at Resort
- Visit to local Village to understand Himalayan Life
- High Tea
- Introduction to Shamanism & 5 Elements

Day 3: Learn Food as a Medicine

Day 6: Holi water Meditation

- After breakfast, drive down to Omkareshwar temple Lord kedarnath Winter seat, take darshan and spend some time at the temple followed by Chanting & Meditation.
- Drive back to Rudraprayag and visit Confluence of the River Mandakini and Alaknanda.
- On the way Lunch
- Drive to Rishikesh, attend Ganga aarti of Rishikesh and stay Overnight at a resort.
Day 7 : Departure
Morning after breakfast drive to Dehradun and Drop at Airport/Railway station

It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a
good deal on your domestic/international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at
least five months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)
In the event of cancellation of program and its services due to any avoidable /
unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges
will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges
would be as follows: –
Up to 24 Days:- :- 70% of Retreat program cost will be refunded.
Between 14-24 Day:- :- 60% of Retreat program cost will be refunded.
Between 14-10 Days:- :- 50% of Retreat program cost will be refunded.
Less than 10 Days:- :- No refund
